A1 Budget Skips - What Size Skip should I hire

What size skip do I need?
If you have not hired a skip before, it can be confusing to select the right size for the job. If you are unsure about the size of skip that you need, you can speak to one of our telephone operators, or we suggest choosing a bigger size to save the expense of hiring a second skip later.

REMEMBER NOT TO OVERLOAD YOUR SKIP!

Level loads only can be safely collected, otherwise you may be asked to remove some items before collection - do not fill the skip above the height of the sides.

Make sure you have enough space to site the size of skip you require and that your property
has the right access for our delivery vehicle although in most cases if you can get a car on your drive you should be able to put a skip in. Our skip sizes are as below:

	2 yd MIDI SKIP This has a capacity of 2 cubic yards and is equivalent to 2 x 1 tonne 1 cubic yard skip (dumpy) bags
	4 yd MIDI SKIP This has a capacity of 4 cubic yards and is equivalent to 4 x 1 tonne 1 cubic yard skip (dumpy) bags
	6 yd BUILDER'S SKIP This has a capacity of 6 cubic yards and is equivalent to 6 x 1 tonne 1 cubic yard skip (dumpy) bags
	8 yd LARGE SKIP This has a capacity of 8 cubic yards and is equivalent to 8 x 1 tonne 1 cubic yard skip (dumpy) bags
	12 yd XX-LARGE SKIP This has a capacity is 12 cubic yards and is available for lightweight volumes only.
